Terms and Condition

 We are Furniture manufacture and exporter from Indonesia was established in 1999.
 Our primary products are 
Indoor and Outdoor Furniture. We are produce Teak Garden Furniture
  and Colonial or Rustic Furniture from Reclaimed Teak Wood or some customer called
 Old Teak Wood.

 

Order: Minimum order is 1 x 20 feet container. No minimum quantity for items.

Price: FOB (Free on board) Semarang port or free trucking from jepara to Semarang port and is included document papers.

Payment Terms: A 50% deposit using telegraphic transfer (T/T) is require upon ordering and the remaining 50% to be finalized / transferred 3 days before loading container or after you receive copy Bill of Lading (BL) by Fax after the container has shipped or done.

Production Time:

>> First order         : 1 x 20 ft container >> 6 weeks, 1 x 40 ft container >> 8 weeks maximum.

     That started after receiving 50% deposit.

>> Next order : 1 x 20 ft container >> 3 weeks maximum,  1 x 40 ft container >>  3-4 weeks maximum.

Specific Design: Customized products may take longer.

Delivery Time: Normally, we deliver the container or goods arrive at the destination port between 6-8 weeks starting from place an order or deposit. The time must be on time schedule and depend on the location.

Packaging System: All price is included packaging, we usually use foam and the corrugated paper or single-wrap paper.

Freight Forwarder: You may nominate the freight forwarder and shipping line, or we will assist you to find one that suits you best and arrange the shipment

 

 

Order System:

 

Sample or Retail Order
For sample or retail order ( maximum 10 unit ), will be send by air / sea freight and the cost will be on importer.
Furniture Price + airfreight / sea freight ( per cubic meter ) + forwarder fees

Trial Order or Less Container Loading ( LCL ):
The LCL is buyer buy the furniture from supplier only few units so the volume less than 1 x 20 ft container.

Full Container Loading ( FCL ):
We will use FCL if the order more than 30 pieces. It can 1 x 20 ft container or 1 x 40 ft container, depends on the quantity and request.

>> For the first order, we recommended the payment terms is Telegraphic Transfer ( T/T )

     Down Payment / Deposit 50%, and the balance 50%, should be paid by buyer after loading container.
>> Next order, the payment term is Telegraphic Transfer ( T/T )

 

Calculation of  container : Dimension and quantity:

 20 ft container    =  30 METER CUBIC / 70 pieces

 40 ft container    =  63 METER CUBIC / 160 pieces

 40 HC container =  70 METER CUBIC / 175 pieces

Payment System

 

Telegraphic Transfer ( T / T ):

1. Only applicant for Full Container Loads of minimum 20 pieces

2. Please e-mail a copy of the applicant before issuing it, to check with the   bank and shipping lines for term that may cause, problem in compliance to avoid unnecessary later costly amendments

3. Elegance Direct Factory a direct down payment on presenting the order, to start the manufacture of the full container  load orders, amounting to 50% (deposite) of the total invoice or total sales contract.

4. The balance payment 50% is paid by transfer, after the buyer received copy document / BL ( Bill of Lading ) from seller by Fax or e-mail.
